 Extremely well located site for visiting Copenhagen. It is next to a large shopping centre with a Lidls, a hotel with nice restaurant and bar nearby and free open air swimming pool. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the river bus which takes you into the central part of Copenhagen. Alternatively you can walk quite easily - we walked back in the evening stopping at the hotel for a drink.
The site itself is a fenced off area in a large car park but is very secure and toilets/showers are clean and plenty of hot water. We needed to pay in cash on arrival and booked ahead a couple of days online. Site was full. It is not glamping but has everything you need in a convenient location to visit this fabulous city.
There are a few negative reviews on another site but in my opinion they miss the point - it is a city camp and all about easy and safe access to the city. We walked around the area with our dog in the evening where residents of the local (rather nice flats) were jumping into the river to cool down. We will return.

A large city camp, just 10 minutes’ walk to the free city river bus or 20 minutes’ walk to the centre of Copenhagen old city. All on hardstanding the pitching is well run by the owner who ensure adequate spaces between vans.
Every pitch has ehu, there is water empty / fill and chem disp. The showers / loos are of the portacabin variety, despite the site being full there was plenty of hot water and they were kept very clean.
The site is surrounded by high fencing and the gates are locked at 10pm each night (there is a coded walk-in gate for those who have been out on foot). The site is manned 24 hours a day and very secure at all times.
Free wifi is available across the site. The nearest shops are approx. 5-10 minutes’ walk at the Copenhagen mall, supermarket and many other shops and several eating places.
The campsite runs a free bus service into the old city, leaving at 8. 45am and returning at 6pm daily. We found that the free river bus was a good alternative, leaves the every half an hour and stops as various points through the city including the stunning Nyhavn, the Opera house and several other districts.
It cost us Euro 30 per night all in for 2 adults – not bad for a city centre site and to be fair it was clean, well run and secure and made visiting the city for a few days very easy.

This is motorhome only with hard standing. All facilities are there and it's very well run and clean. It's fenced in and warden always present. Highly recommendable for visits to the capital. Walking to a shopping centre 15 mins. To nearest main railway station 20 mins. To main railway station 30 mins. Good wi-fi. The site seems at first rather isolated however it feels safe and you quickly get used to the little walks that take you to the city life.
