 Great site. Friendly, efficient welcome. Good size pitches, numbered but not separated.
Immaculate facilities - showers, kitchen area etc. Whole site was kept nicely. Good wifi where we were.
Each guest is given a Neuchatel Tourist Card which gives free local transport, entrance to museums and a boat cruise on the lake, which was lovely. ACSI taken out of season.
Local supermarkets and about 10 minute walk to train station to Neuchatel. We visited the castle and had a guided tour explaining the history (now a government building). Good views.
We hope to return again and spend longer.

This is a gem of a site situated in a quiet lakeside town. The site is well maintained, very flat and the pitches are a good size. Touring pitches well separated from year round pitches which gives a nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The bathroom/toilet facilities some of the best we have come across. Free fast wifi. Good Euro-Relais restaurant on site and large open air swimming pool nearby. The lake is only a very short walk away and has many water sports and tourist facilities. The only downside was the mosquitoes so take repellent. Even though Switzerland is quite expensive the site takes ACSI card outside of high season which made it very affordable.
