Peartree CL is located approx 1 mile down a small lane and next to the farmhouse. Whilst it is free from passing traffic noise, cannot be described as entirely peaceful due to presence of a Landrover workshop adjacent to the pitching area.
Pitching area is well sheltered with very well prepared surface. It measures very approx 25m x 35m, (making it fairly close spacing for 5 'vans) and is slightly sloping, (but nothing that your levelling ramp cannot compensate for. )
Water and chem disp (occasionally slightly smelly), are conveniently located on the pitching area.
Very dog friendly (no charge) with nice footpath walks within 100m of entrance.
Nearest provision shops are in Hatfield Peverel or Witham. Countryside Caravans nearby for any spares/repairs.
A personal recommendation: try the on site Peartree Pantry Tearooms for their home made food items.
To sum up: A comfortable little CL.
