 We stayed for 5 nights here at the start of August, the site is situated in a very tranquil forest and is very easy to find just off the main road to Malpica. The pitch was big enough for our 7 metre motorhome although we had to be careful not to hit the trees, we had plenty of space in between the pitches unlike a lot of European campsites. The toilet block is kept clean, it even had loo roll Soap and toilet seats! The showers were hot.
The site has a pool, a wonderful restaurant with excellent home cooked food, very reasonably priced, it had a play room for toddlers, a room for older kids, Tourist information, and the shop sold a few essentials. You could get bread every day from the bar. There is also tennis courts and a basketball hoop and you could borrow rackets for free from reception.
A special mention has to be said for the staff here, they are absolutely amazing, they are very friendly, speak excellent English and nothing is to much trouble for them, they work really hard relentlessly to make this place the environment it is, they all made us feel very welcome indeed.
If you are travelling by motorhome and wish to hire a car I would recommend you pick it up on the way through A Coruna which is 47km away, as the area is wonderfully not full of tourists, the hire car companies are quite far out so if there are two of you able to drive I’d arrange car hire before you come and collect on the way, although I didn’t find any roads that I couldn’t get the motorhome down and parked in around but I know some people prefer the convenience of a car if staying for some time. We definitely will be back next time we are in this region.

Family owned and managed site set amongst pine trees with flat pitching areas. Amenities very clean. Staff were fantastic. Pablo and wife Emma were very friendly, she even came to let my husband know that the Tour de France had started and was on the TV in the bar knowing he as following the race. We ate pizza (homemade) in the bar on one occasion and Emma's fries were delicious. Not a great deal for us to see and do in the locality (ideal for water sport such as surfing) but we enjoyed a relaxing few days nonetheless.
