Final approach was via a narrow one way street lined with parked vehicles which was a little unnerving but worse was to come when we got on site where access to our small pitch was so narrow that we had to unhitch and use the mover to negotiate one bend. Pitches are extremely close together, so much so that we could have touched the caravan on one side through the window. However this did not matter since during our stay it was unoccupied. What really spoiled it for us was that come nightfall the children played hide and seek around the site with no regard for others. We felt our caravan bumped on several occasions. The following morning we reported it to reception who apologised and said that the site is patrolled by a night watchman so don't know how he missed what was going on. Despite this we did like the area which we thought reminiscent of the west coast of Scotland with sunshine! Had a day out at Cape Finistere, stopping off at Ezaro and its waterfall and spectacular coastal viewpoint (recommended by our friendly Spanish neighbour at the site). Muros is nearby and a very busy, popular tourist town with fishing harbour. We would not use this site again which is a shame as its location within a former monastery garden could be so attractive, but we did take a look at another site just a mile or two further north which seemed more to our taste in a stunning beach-side spot.
