 This really is a wonderful site, we arrived for our family holiday towards the end of August with our 12, 9 and 2 year old. On arrival we were met with the warmest welcome we have received from a French campsite. Nothing is to much trouble for the lovely family that run the site! The site has a lovely little swimming pool, and it's own little beach by the stream, a real hit with our 2 year old. The pitches are spacious and divided by lovely silver birch trees.
The toilet and shower facilities were spotless, and even had soap in them! The campsite is very pretty and we particularly liked picking herbs from the herb garden to use for cooking. The site has a small shop and snack bar which sells drinks and ice creams too.
The site is a short distance out of a small French town, and 10 minute drive from a larger supermarket. There are lots of things to see in the area. We particularly enjoyed visiting the lake at Xonrupt-Longemer, a perfect spot for swimming, and Colmar is well worth a visit. There are also some spectacular drives through the mountains. The highlight for our children was a visit to europa park, over the border into Germany. The second largest theme park in Europe, boasts fantastic rides and compares favourably against Disney!

This is a very good campsite and is lovingly cared for by the owner and his wife. They have started making great improvements to the site and will be making more. The ground is flat and grassy, and has shade from the silver birch trees. The toilet block and shower blocks are kept clean two or three times every day. There is a small shop on site, but the village of Corsieux is just a few minutes walk away for shops, bars and cafe's.
