Quiet and reasonably priced. Easily accessed and surrounded by decent countryside and shops etc. Although we would return to the area, we won't return to this campsite. The trees overhead shed what seemed like millions of acorns day and night keeping us awake, and the site owners appeared to have given up for the season. In a week of staying here the toilets and showers were cleaned only once. They closed the pool despite soaring temperatures and put away all sun beds and anything designed to enhance your stay. We feel they need to not only invest in the place, they also need to continue to give a decent level of service all the time they remain open. We have stayed in places at the same time of year, for the same price and yet had much MUCH better levels of service and facilities. Disappointing and not recommended.

We love this site. Beautifully maintained, peaceful with reliable weather. Lovely pool in the shape of a boat where you can always get a sun longer. Lots of shade under trees. Nice park for the young children. Lovely location near to Ares. The most amazing sandy beaches nearby. Nice takeaway and croissants orders for the morning. A gem of a site.

We stayed here for two nights en route from St Jean De Luz to Soulac. This quiet site with its uncrowded pool was a very welcome change from other busier sites we'd stayed at. The toilets/showers are excellent as is the very thoughtfully designed barbeque area with herb garden. The site is well situated in a wooded setting - not all shade, with easy access to the town, lake and two supermarkets. The reception staff (owner?) was very friendly and helpful and made us welcome. With the ACSI card we paid 32. 88 euros for two nights which we considered excellent value for money. A very relaxing break on our journey. Thank you.
