Everything as advertised, will be going back.
Everything very clean. We used all the facilities no problems.
When we arrived, the owner met us with fresh hot tea and lovely home made cakes.

It was lovely so peaceful, large pitches only six,
The facilities were ok just one toilet and shower very clean, no wash up area might be a problem to others.
The host where friendly and welcoming.
Bus stop short walk away, 125 for ely, which is a lovely place to visit. Taxi cost just over eight pounds back.
There is a pub in the village serves food, around a five minutes walk.
Would definitely stay again.

A lovely peaceful and flat site run by a lovely couple with excellent facilities for a CL - all at a very reasonable price.
Will definitely return.
Just two miles from the centre of Ely with its cathedral and Cromwell’s house.
Little Downham is a pleasant enough village with a couple of pubs and small village store.

Absolutely cracking site - laid back and friendly with pitches as flat as a pancake. Nice clean facilities; another shower and a wash up point would be nice but that’s just being picky! Owners really friendly and helpful and the village pubs likewise.
Stayed one night whilst visiting the Wildlife and Wetlands Trust reserve at Welney - not the nearest site, but perfectly convenient and would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

This was our third visit to this delightful site in the village where our son lives. The owners are so friendly and helpful you couldn't ask for nicer people, and the facilities are excellent and beautifully maintained. Little Downham is a lovely village with two nice pubs (the Anchor welcomes dogs and The Plough serves great Thai food to eat in or takeaway). Ely is very close by with its beautiful cathedral and lovely riverside, as well as lots of interesting independent shops and a great market. We also visited Snettisham beach which is very close to Sandringham and is only an hour away by car. And of course Cambridge is only 16 miles away. We will come back often and highly recommend the site.
