Well prepared site with everything you could need.
Very quiet when we visited.
Narrow roads for the final access, but quiet road, so you would be unlucky to meet anyone.
Not a lot of shelter from the wind.
Location is quiet, but no shops or pub within easy walking distance

This is one of those places you visit and think do I really want to let everyone know how nice it is or should I keep it a secret so I can book it easily. Well that wouldn’t be fair on Nikki and Matt who run it. This was our second visit and yet again a great time had at this small site.
Clean facilities lovely little amenities room with microwave, kettle fridge and freezer, selection of sweets and cold drinks with honesty box.
Fire pits for hire. Right next to pitches is field containing goats alpacas and horses. Kids loved feeding the animals. In the morning Nikki would feed the animals and would let the kids help which the loved
Very good location for beaches and very quiet bar the animal noises

Amazing place to stay, nice friendly staff and having the animals on site was a nice little surprise that little man loved,
Good clean facility's and the on site store was very handy with fire pits and BBQ's and a few little treats for the kids.
Will definitely be returning

A lovely quiet site in a great location and with excellent facilities.
Bus stops to Bideford / Clovelly and Bude about 15 min walk along a country road.
Coastal path about 45 mins walk away, we walked to Westward Ho!, Appledore, took a ferry to Instow and then walked down the river to Bideford, lovely walk.
We didn't get to meet Nikki the owner, but she was very helpful in sorting our stay and contactable by phone when we were there.
We'd definitely stay here again.
Highly recommended if you're in this beautiful part of the world.

The site is on a slope although all the pitches are quite level. Caravans are sited at bottom of slope on hardstands, there are 5 of them, all with ehu. Good sized pitches all round with good views especially from the top. There are wooden benches on each pitch.
There are goats and chickens a horse and some alpacas on the site.
As this is an unusual season (due Covid-19) we didn’t see the owners much, but they were friendly when we did see them.
There is a narrow lane off the A39, less than a mile long leading to site- but there is no traffic noise and lovely clear skies at night.

What a lovely site - so clean and tidy. Lovely showers and an ‘amenities’ room with toaster, electric kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer. It’s so refreshing to see an honesty box for the snacks, drinks and (delicious) ice creams that are for sale.
The owners are super friendly - nothing is too much trouble - and the animals are a delight. Fantastic views complete the picture.
I can’t wait to return.

I cannot recommend this site highly enough. Beautiful views, excellent facilities and such friendly hosts we must visit again!
The Alpacas and goats make entertaining companions, the chickens lay delicious eggs and all in all our visit to Broad Park will be a memorable one for all of the right reasons.
