We chose this site from the many that surround Lake Lipno. It is flat, mainly grass pitches although a few concrete pitches at the back that look a bit like a carp-park.

There is a sandy beach area for sunbathers and swimmers, a small cafe bar and tennis courts on site.

We found the owner friendly and we intended to stay a few nights. However, after one night we moved on due to the number of dogs continually barking from vans on the site. At one van a dog was tied up outside but continually thrashed around and barked for hours.

On leaving we explained to the owner why and he told us he had other complaints and himself had heard the barking all night.

If the problem had been sorted we would have stayed, its not a bad site and the beach and good cycle paths around make it worth a few days stay.
