There are two sides to this site. The side that is near the road and the side that is further up the hill and away from the road. The side near the road is where they squeeze people in who haven't booked or arrive late. The road can be quite noisy with loud motorcycles racing up Mount Semnoz. Yet both sides cost exactly the same, an eye watering 29. 80 euros per night for a campervan, 2 adults with hook up. The facilities were clean, it was reasonable handy to walk into town although you hade to cope with two cardiac hills on the way back. Annecy and surrounding area is beautiful and the view from the top of Mt Semnoz is vista not to be missed. Is the site value for money? I'll let you be the judge of that.
This site is about a mile off the old town centre uphill on a steep slope but walkable. We stayed here for a week last year and were lucky to have a view straight over the lake from our pitch. Staff worked like a family although they say they are not related. They can't do enough to help but you must have basic French to get by. Everything toilets showers reception etc is clean and well organised. There is a restaurant bar that stays open to midnightish most nights with a choice of perhaps four to five main dishes at modest prices. We loved it and will certainly go again
