 This is a beautifully situated stop on the edge of the town next to the marina. There are two camper areas, one by the entrance on a car-park like area.
Camper Area 2 is at the other end next to the marina docks, this area has several sets of 3 hardstanding each separated by a grass area. All have pitches on both areas have ehu and there is water every third pitch. Free wifi also runs across all the areas. There are loos which were kept very clean at all times plus a laundry area. At the harbour masters office there is a small restaurant and bar which was open daily.
The harbour master is extremely helpful and friendly, he speaks little English but enough to book you in etc.
There are a few shops a couple of minutes walk along the road, the main town is 10 minutes walk, along the river and over the bridge. There is a large town square, loads of cafes and bars and a good selection of shops.
We paid €9. 50 for 2 adults with ehu, wifi etc, a bargain for the large pitches and beautiful views.
