 On the edge of the village, the camp in on a small farm. Split roughly in half with seasonal and touring pitches, the pitch sizes are large and on grass. All have ehu and there are plenty of water taps. There is a motorhome point outside the facilities block.
Toilets and showers are shared, all very clean and tidy. Showers good pressure but water just tepid.
Wifi is available free across the site, the site owners spoke excellent English and were really helpful.
Its a couple of minutes walk to the village, just a few houses and a church. It looked like a cafe / bar was sometimes open but not when we were there.
The rate showing was €14 for 2 adults with ehu, when we came to pay it was reduced to €10 for low season - a nice touch as we had no idea.
Ideal for a quiet stay, you would need a car to visit any of the attractions in the area but there are a good few walks from the campsite.
