 Tiny pitches, several deeply rutted due to wet weather, site was a bit scruffy. Toilets and showers that were open were very small and require refurbishing. Shop, restaurant and swimming pool not open. Nearest supermarket is in Salamanca, bus stop outside of camp entrance. Site useful as a stop over only as close to motorway, village of Vilamayor had a fair on at the time of our visit, so all night music was loud! Made use of ACSI card.

We visited this site twice in September, once for one night whilst heading south, and then again but for two nights when heading north. A very friendly site, Sylvie on the reception speaks good English, and should be an 'ambassador' for Salamanca, spending time highlighting the attractions to new visitors. The old city of Salamanca is well worth a visit, and there is a regular cheap bus service from just outside of the campsite. I'd certainly like to go back to Salamanca and see some more.
The site is convenient for the motorways, and easy to find, and no access issues. Although relatively quite in September I'd expect it to be busy during peak periods. There's a pool on site, though it was closed as we were out of season, also a small play area for children.
The facilities were clean. There is free wifi, but you need to be close to the reception, bar or pool. There's no restaurant on site, however there are restaurants within a mile or so.
It was on this site that I first encountered the 2 pin electrics, that I subsequently encountered elsewhere in Spain however I was able to borrow an adaptor from reception for the one night (Bought an adaptor at the next site).
I'd probably stay at this site again in the future if I'm back in the area.
