This site was very quiet when we visited and the weather wasn't warm enough to use the pool. Lovely, friendly site. Access to the riverside tarmac path leading to the beach is through a security gate. We were able to safely let the dogs off the lead once on the path. Beach is sandy, with a river running along one side. Outside the gate is a marina and we also walked into the little town of Canet. Other walks are possible and there are a number of places to visit within a short drive. This is a very shady site, ideal for warm weather. There are a number of statics, but the touring section is to one side of the site and these were not intrusive. Good wash block - separated M & F.
