Clean small site, very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere, happy for you to extend your visit is you want to and no pressure about money.
It says views of the sea, we couldn't see it but didn't really matter. Also, it says flat pitches but some are on a slight slope. Took our telescope as I was hoping to stargaze, unfortunately site is on a main road and next to a housing estate so not very dark! I must say, even though its next to a main road the noise isn't to bad, and having a Tesco in walking distance was very handy!
Overall a pleasant site, showers and toilets always clean and close to a few beaches and places to visit. We had a lovely time, thank you :-)

Had a lovely four days at this campsite. The site is very well looked after. The owner is very nice and relaxed. We pitched just before it started raining and given how much rain fell the next day I can safely say the site drains very well! The showers and toilets were always clean with hand wash and toilet paper plentiful.
The showers were hot and did NOT require tokens, as some reviews have stated. There is even a hair drier in the ladies. There is a laundry room and a washing up hut too. The Tesco is very handy, open 24 hours, and the centre of Whitstable is about a mile walking, so not too far at all.
Children are very welcome on the site and there is enough room for them to run around. The road next to the site is a little noisy but you quickly forget it is there. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely small well kept camp site, very clean toilets and showers. Owners really nice and friendly couldn't do enough for you. Easy walk into Whitstable town and a Tesco very close to site.
There is a good local bus service that enables you to travel along the coast and into Canterbury on day tickets.

Very friendly and helpful,
Clean amenities and an added bonus of being within walking distance of both a bus stop and a large supermarket.
Would certainly recommend this site.

Very warm welcome from Brian on arrival. Showed 2 or 3 places where I could potentially park up. I chose a spot that looked fairly level and had a bit of space around it.
When I came to put up my awning I found three separate dog deposits on my patch. I went to speak to Brian who was very apologetic and straight away cleared. Dogs are allowed on site on leads. The people next door had two dogs on long leads so nothing to prevent them toiletting between our pitches.
I felt there was little space between pitches and my guy ropes were touching those of my neighbour.
Have to say everyone very pleasant and site was quiet. There were children playing football and playing but all quiet by soon after 22. 00.
Shower and toilet facilities were very clean and regularly inspected.
Good location for Whitstable and took about 30mins to walk down which I was aware of and enjoyed. Bus also an option into town.
Next door to TESCO. Busy road but I knew that from reading reviews.
I did enjoy my stay but for couple of issues I mentioned.

If you enjoy walking it is about a 1/2 hour walk into Whitstable although there is a steep hill on the way back.
Nothing specifically for children but there are fish, geese & chickens to see and grass to run around on.
Laundry room, showers & toilets all very clean.
The owner Brian is very helpful & welcoming.
Although the site was full it didn't feel crowded and you still had enough space,

Primrose cottage is a lovely place to stay.
Brian and his wife are excellent hosts.
Facilities are excellent and the park is located well.
We had a dog with us and there's a great walking field within 5 mins drive.

Clean and well laid out. Brian is so helpful and pleasant - nothing too much trouble.
Toilets and showers immaculate and checked/replenished regularly.
Small separate washing up area - really handy and again very clean with wash up liquid provided.
Right next to Tesco and a 15 minute walk into Whitstable.
The walk from Whitstable to Tankerton along the front was beautiful especially early in the morning.

What a wonderful find! When we arrived on Saturday the site was really really busy, and our hearts sank.
We were also worried about the noise from the road, but we didn’t need to worry, the tall hedge protects the site from the sound of the traffic.
Once we orientated ourselves and settled down, everyone was so friendly and the place had a lovely relaxed, atmosphere.
By Sunday lunch time the site was virtually empty, peaceful and quiet.
It is immaculately kept, toilets and showers are spotlessly clean.
There is also a small laundry.
To add to its charm Brian, the owner keeps chickens, geese and a pond full of carp.
We will be back.
A quick word of warning. No card payments taken.
