We had a pleasant stay on this site which is sited just outside the Grounds of Normanby Hall. Access to the Hall & grounds is included with the cost of camping.
We paid £26 / night for a pitch inc EHU.
There are showers and toilets within the Golf club which is also open for drinks and food during the day but not on an evening.
The field used for camping is quite lumpy though we didn't need chocs on our pitch.
A couple of vans needed pulling off by a tractor on leaving. We would go back if there was an event on at the Hall.
There was plenty of room for children to kick a ball about without any danger of hitting the units, and a good play area adjacent.

Beautiful clean site. Fabulous walk through woodland.
Plenty for kids to do, loads of space. Friendly staff.
No hard standing, but the grass was solid, so all good!

Spurred on by the early heat wave we decided to spend a weekend in April at this little gem of a site. Located next to Normanby Hall the site is ideal for a weekend exploring the house & grounds, there is a children's play area next to the site which was ideal for our 2 children. The toilets are located in the golf club which is accessed through a small wooded area which was well lit but gave the wife the shivers on a night, the golf club also has a bar that is open to campers and serves food but we didn't go in as was well stocked in the tent.
The hall & grounds are wonderful, lots of open spaces & interesting things to look at for the children, there is also a outdoor water splash area which the children loved when it was warm.
Despite what it says on this site does accept tents and has been upgraded to 10 pitches but there is so much space you don't feel crammed. Definitely recommend and will be going back.
