We booked on the C&MC CL - but there are other pitches. Although the site is just off the road is situated behind the old house and farm buildings and up the hill so no road noise.
There are two area, first one has large gravel hard pitches set amongst well cut grass and beautifully maintained flower beds and borders. Every pitch has ehu and there are two fresh water taps, towards the top of the site are the further 5 pitches, all but one on grass, again with ehu and another water tap.
There is a toilet, through an old barn as previous review mentions - yes its old but immaculately clean with loo roll, soap and paper towels. The chemical disposal point is by the forer farm buildings.
There is a lovely dog walk from the site up through paths into the hills, you can also exercise dog on the second field.
The warden, Sandy, lives on site and a more hepful and friendly gent you would be hard pressed to find. When we arrived he made sure we were happy with the pitch, brought out wood for levellings and generally made sure we were happy.
The site is a mile or two from Blairgowie, you need transport as the road has no footpaths. The town has a good selection of shops and cafes and some good walks along the riverside.
We paid £15 for a night with electric. Without a doubt a site we will use again and would recommend.

Quite a basic site. Nice setting with good views across the Perthshire countryside. There's a woods beside the site which is good for walking the dog.
Access to the toilet is through an old barn that is not attractive and a bit broken down. The toilet was clean but not very pretty and could do with a make over.
Make sure that you come along the road from Blairgowrie as access to the site is difficult from the other direction. The nearest shops are in Blairgowrie ( about 3 miles away).
The owners are very friendly and quite helpful. The pitches are grass, there's an electric hook-up and water is available along with waste water disposal.
We enjoyed our stay there and although it's basic would recommend this site.
