We picked this site at random and hit on a real gem, we booked for two days but stayed six. The siteis very rural and quiet yet within easy reach of the buzzing little village at the end of the Lleyn Perninsula Aberdaron. Beautiful beaches are very close and yet you feel a million miles away from other tourists. The site is very well kept, with a separate field for children's activities and a small dog run field. The toilet is in an old shipping container, but don't let that put you off, it is tastefully converted and very clean, showers were not up and running yet.
The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly, from giving us 6 free free range eggs on arrival to pulling us off the field at the end (it was raining and a bit slippy). They were also obliging when we begged to see their three kittens and brought them over for a cuddle (they are big animal lovers).
The site is still a work in progress and the chemical loo disposal needs a bit more work but I'm sure that will be sorted soon. Would thoroughly recommend this site and hope to return soon.
