 A great little site. Archetypal Certified location - in the middle of the quiet countryside, very peaceful and surrounded by fields and woods – plenty of wildlife, foxes, rabbits, birds etc.
Each pitch has a hard standing – compressed road shavings I think, so they are firm and solid to support the caravan, but fast draining in the event of rain. I think they are all serviced pitches, with electric hook-up, water and grey water drainage on each pitch, I’ve got an adaptor to connect the caravan straight to the water tap – which is great for showering without anxiety about being left covered in suds when the water runs out!
Electric hook-ups seem reliable as well – we’ve had thunder and lightning this week and power was solid throughout.
I’d advise that the approach is along some quite narrow lanes – where for sections two cars can’t pass, so with a van on the back, take your time and you’ll be fine!
There are some shops in East and West Malling – only a mile or so away – and a couple of petrol stations within a mile of two where you can get emergency shopping late night at a weekend. Morrisons supermarket is about 2. 5 miles away and East Malling Station about a mile – within walking distance if you decide to have a day out on the train.
I’d recommend it as a great site if you fancy a quiet time exploring proper old fashioned Kent – lots of Hop farms and Oast houses in the area – very pretty part of the country.

Have just spent 4 nights at this brilliant CL site, visiting our son while en route from France to home. Very helpful and accomodating owners- A quiet location (with water/ electricity/ grey water drainage on each pitch!)otherwise basic facilities but well looked after. A great balance between rustic surrounding and lovely location. Care required on the approach but not difficult. Good train links/ pubs/ restaurants nearby- central for many tourist attractions. A brilliant good value and lovely CL which we would highly recommend

Returning next week to this great little site, wonderful peaceful location, brilliant owners, basic facillites but well looked after. Ideal location and stop over for channel ports, before or after, or for trips around Kent or travel by train into London from West Malling sue and Steve
