 Well I only use cl sites and I think its one of the best in the country. Nice shower block and when you walk around the dam its something else, PARADISE. And if you like fishing this the place to come, in fact you get fed of catching them. Will defo return many times

What a gem! Don't tell everyone though. If you are looking for a peaceful small site, easily accessible, with friendly but not intrusive owners, this is it.
This is a new site, well thought out, basic but has everything needed. Good water pressure, sound EHU.
Toilet and shower if required, although we didn't use them. Entry is through a padlocked coded gate, so unit is secure while on site. Our only problem was the trees obscured our sky satellite signal, although others further along using a mobile dish were OK.
We had a week of rain, big rain! We are a big unit on a grass pitch and had no problems at all.
The well kept secret is the 14acres of natural well maintained woodland and lakes behind the site. So peaceful and magical to walk in, even in the wet.
There are no immediate local facilities so you need to drive for everything. There are good cycle paths and other attractions nearby, but not directly from the site.
For me perfection would be the addition of a washing machine and dryer availability, but this is only a CL after all.
We will return.
