 We loved this site and extended our stay from 4 to 7 nights. We could choose our pitch and were in a new area with lovely open views over fields.
Sanitaires were clean with plentiful loo paper and good showers. Superbly peaceful and quiet, the loudest noise being the large pine cones dropping off the trees occasionally.
Excellent local cycle paths off main roads and no hills, either up to Erdeven for local shops, boulangerie and Saturday market, or across the road for a lovely shady ride visiting some of the many amazing prehistoric dolmens and stone alignments in the area.
Another cycle path leads right to the beach for great swimming.

We stayed here with our campervan in early July before the increase to peak season prices and couldn’t believe how quiet this camp site was. We initially booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 4 nights – we could’ve stayed longer but for the ferry home!
The site has a lot of pitches which are all of a good size and separated by hedges, the site is well kept, with a clean communal sanitation block, the tiled showers look a little dated but are hot with good pressure, there are also loo seats, and toilet roll! Laundry room, and chemical disposal facilities are provided.
There isn’t a shop on site, but during July/August you can buy baguettes in the morning from reception. There is also a nice little pool with loungers. WIFI is also available on the site, and luckily for us we could pick up a signal were we were pitched.
This site is approximately 2km from Erdeven, which is accessible by bike from the quiet lane by the campsite, and then along an off road cycle/walking path to the centre. In the other direction it is probably 2-3 km to the beach – again using the cycle path and quiet lanes. The beach is massive, backing onto sand dunes, with lifeguards on duty when we were there. However, the car parks near the main beach all had low barriers so unable to park our camper.
There are restaurants in Erdeven, and we had a good meal at Des Voyageurs. There is a tourist information office (for 50c we purchased a small map of the near area, showing all the footpaths and places of interest), plus a few other shops – Lidl is close by and an Intermarche down the road, but you would need to drive.
This site also has camper van area at the front which is cheaper than the main campsite pitches, with top up and empty facilities.
