Had a great 3 nights @ Decoy Farm whilst travelling for business.
The site was quiet, no fuss but had all the amenities I needed, the toilets were exceptionally clean with hot water on tap!
A little bit of road noise but surrounded by mature trees & very convenient for me getting into Lincoln each day.
Thank you, I enjoyed my stay, felt safe & am booking again :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Decoy Farm. Easy access just off the main A46. Reasonable level field with all facilities you need.
People have mentioned the road noise but, in our opinion, it was negligible, certainly didn’t impact our stay in the slightest.
Nice walk into Lincoln along a track and river path ( nice pub half way to break the walk). Taxi back for £12.
Would definitely stay here again when we have need to go into Lincoln again, or for a short break.

Just got home from 3 nights at Decoy Farm. We were lucky with the weather and had 3 days of sunshine. We came to Lincoln for the cycling GP which had activities across the weekend. The site is well served by cycle lanes which was an easy 5km ride into town (with a great pub halfway!). We walked it one evening and it took about an hour.
The facilities were basic but adequate. We had an issue with the electric hook-up, being relative newcomers to campervans it wasn’t immediately apparent that we had a problem so didn’t contact the owner until day 2. Turned out to be an issue with the cable provided by the site, we plugged ours in and it was fine.
Other reviews have mentioned road noise; there is a very busy A-road nearby and there’s definitely some noise but nothing overpowering or disturbing at all. There are also some horses in the adjacent field but again, absolutely no problem at all.
If we were coming to Lincoln again I would definitely consider staying here.

Stayed here four times now. Ideal for us visiting family in Lincoln.
Great walks along the river and in the small wood at the bottom of the lane.
Views of the cathedral and castle.

A wonderfully quiet, level site with ample hook-up points even for grass pitches (tents). Four toilets and two showers kept clean and well stocked.
A small amount of road noise from the A46, but most of the time it just sounds like wind. There are a couple of horses in the adjoining field but they didn't make much noise either.
The campsite boasts a stunning view over to the castle and cathedral.
The site is just off the A46 at the west side of Lincoln and is ideally situated for visiting many local attractions. Parking in the city is easy and not overly expensive.
The owner was friendly and helpful, but not intrusive.

Great access to Lincoln along nearby cycle path and canal side path. About 30 minutes to cycle and an hour to walk. Good pub en route, about half way, The Pyewipe which served good food and has canalside tables.
The cycle path also gives access to Whisby Country Park, Doddington Hall and other destinations.
The site entrance is right off main road roundabout, which does run past site and gives some road noise but trees screen pretty well. Great views across fields to Lincoln Cathedral.
Toilets and showers were good but could have been cleaned more frequently. Good sized flat pitches in field next to paddock.

A nice little site. Friendly greeting from Harvey, clean toilet. A little noise from the main road but not enough to put you off. Too far to walk to Lincoln if you want to spend the day exploring there: bike or bus.
