Have to take rubbish home with you
Have to pay cash for everything
Waste is a pit and not a constant moving sewerage pipe therefore the smell was unbearable and made us heave/gag many times
No fishing after 7pm for campers but tents on other side can fish all night
£1 for the shower but money machine in toilet next door so the shower starts and you have to quickly get from from one room to the other, get undressed and washed before it times out!?
Field very uneven struggled to get motor home straight
That said we had a lovely time and will return but purely based on the fishing and not the camping.
The nearest village is Stenying. No paths so have to walk along the road but well worth the 20-30 min walk. It’s a beautiful village. Lovely shops (a co-op), pub, butchers, greengrocers etc

Helpful, very nice people, had a lovely weekend weather was fantastic.
Fishing was really enjoyable and not far from the coast, nice views of the countryside

Well maintained site, there was some road noise but it didn't bother us.
Good clean and modern toilet and shower block although the arrangement for paying your £ for the shower was a bit bizarre. You have to make sure both the toilet and shower cubicles are available, set up your toiletries in the shower room then nip into the toilet to pay your £ then run back to the shower which (in my case) was already running all over the floor!
Prices have increased since this listing, we paid £18 per night for motorhome + 2 adults.
Very friendly owner, only negatives would be the basic chemical waste disposal and the fact there are no bins on site so you have to store your rubbish and take it away with you.
