 A small campsite on the edge of the village, classed as a 'Rural camp'.
They accept caravans, tents and motorhomes - there is also small wooden chalets for rent. The pitches are hard standing on compressed sand, all have ehu. There are two water taps both with really long hose pipes attached, a chemical disposal point and wifi across the site.
The reception has a small shop area but its only 5-10 minutes walk into the village where there are a couple of small supermarkets and several cafes and bars. The campsite itself has a restaurant attached.
Toilets and showers were old, a bit unloved and could do with a makeover. They were spotlessly clean, despite us being the only people staying they were all cleaned and restocked with loo roll etc.
From the site there are great walks into the National Park through olive groves, a fabulous reserve with a visitor centre is less than 20 minutes walk from site.
Its a beautiful area, the village is fairly lively with plenty of cafes and bars and the campsite owners were friendly and helpful.
We paid €20 including electric and wifi - would use again.
