Good size pitches, electric metered, good price. Not too far out of town. The gardens are lovely.
Restaurant on site we didn’t use it as Smoking is allowed!
The lady on the reception was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Bad bits! Not nearly enough showers and toilets for the size of the camp and really do need upgrading.
Constant smell of sewage from stagnant water surrounding the children’s play area.
Lots of children who must receive home schooling so not quiet.
But if you want a cheap place to park and are not bothered about the smell and lack of facilities it may suit you fine.

If you want manicured lawns and well maintained roadways - then this place will disappoint. However, if you like to stay in a vibrant community with good vibes, then this place may suit you perfectly!
It’s a ‘organic’ sort of place that attracts all sorts from posh motorhomes to ‘travelling tramps! some drift through, but may stay for months or longer.
The pitches are generous size and come equipped with a faux lawn to lay out your relaxing gear. There are full amenities - though some need upgrading - more importantly there is great clubhouse a vibrant bar and homemade food is served daily.
It’s hard to fault Mikki’s place - its very atmospheric - there are lots of pieces of art - a passion of the owner! The owner has also support commendable horticultural projects and you can get involved! There are also many tame animals to entertain the kids.
Mikki’s is certainly worth a detour and a trial. If it doesn’t suit - no worries. However most stay for weeks/ months and make great travelling friendships!

We stayed here one night to view the Fiesa sand sculptures not far from the site. Beautiful landscaped areas but was rather blustery with no shade at the end of the site we were pitched. Some toilet and shower facilities but now the site has expanded probably not adequate if everyone needed to use them ( we gave up and showered when we moved on). Obviously a lot of long stayers, with tarps/permanent awnings etc ( even though the rules did not allow this). Pool was lovely ( when you dodged the jumping in children) pottery quirky, and we loved the 'birdies. Booking in was slow, as only one lady was manning reception and the bar/kitchen. We paid 12€ for the night as you paid for water the first night, even if you didn't use it ( we didn't) but that would have dropped if we stayed longer. Cash only.

A very new site, just over 2 years old, but already extremely popular.
There are two sizes of pitches, the smallest are still very generous and mainly situated near the entrance - all with an area of artificial grass for your sitting / outside area. The larger pitches further up the site were big enough to be housing several RV's with trailers.
All pitches have ehu, there is a moho service point and several water taps around the site. The loos and showers and clean, well kept and have plenty of hot water. There is a laundry area with washing machines and hand wash sinks. Wifi is free but the signal is only strong near reception - the campsite makes this clear and suggests if wifi is essential to your holiday purchasing a €10 card from the village which last 10 days.
In the centre of the camp is the owners own pottery workshop, a stunning cafe / bar area and restaurant. The cafe / bar opens each morning for 2 hours then again early evening from 4pm to 8pm. The restaurant serves on set days for which you pre-book.
There is a 'swim hole' rather than a pool - a landscaped area which gives the site a central oasis in what is normally a very sandy area. Throughout the site people are working hard on further landscaping and vegetable gardens.
The site is reached down a sand road off The N125 - no problems for motorhomes or caravans. No noise from N125 but its less than 20 minutes walk from the site and across into the village of Pera with several bars and shops.
Cannot speak highly enough of this site, the staff and owners were so helpful and friendly and the general atmosphere on site is very relaxed and welcoming.
We paid €8. 50 per day - incl. Electric, wifi and showers - a real bargain. We stayed 8 days and the 8th day was free - even better :).
