What a find. Really great campsite on edge of the town.
Spotlessly clean with superb toilet and shower facilities.
The owner David is a really friendly chap who was really helpful with questions we had re town locations.
Pitches are a great size, very quiet location and great being close to the river. Will definitely return

Spent 6 nights at this site and we found it well presented and maintained with clearly divided pitches (although this may not suit everyone’s camping style).
It is a quiet site with shade and enclosed children’s play area just behind a hedge. There are electrical hook-ups at every pitch (if needed) which I’ve not seen on any other sites
The facilities are modern with more than enough separate shower and toilet cubicles along with space and benches to dry off at along with sink units and hand dryers.
There was also a hairdryer in both female & male toilets which was free to use. There are two disabled shower/toilet rooms – didn’t use these so unable to comment on their size.
Washing up area housing two industrial sinks and drying area. There is also wooden shed housing two microwaves and fridge freezer – above and beyond what you would expect on a site.
The owner called me the day before as he wasn’t going to be on site when we arrived to let me know what pitch we had been allocated along with the toilet block codes.
The site is within easy access both driving and walking to the local grocery shop (Tesco) and other shops that Stalham has to offer along with access to Wroxham, North Walsham and Potter Heigham.
Will definitely go back when we next go to Norfolk for a camping trip.

Right on the edge of the marina sits this beauty of a small campsite, 12 spacious pitches, gated entrance, full ehu and a quaint kitchen unit equipped with two microwaves and a huge fridge freezer, solely for clients use. I was lucky to have only one neighbour on my visit, but even full, this site has plenty of room for all.
The shower/toilet block is immaculate and has underfloor heating, hand dryers and bins which are emptied daily
Great WiFi connection, washing up facilities and a perfect host, David, who is not only very helpful but full of local knowledge and always available should he be needed, whether in person or on the phone!
Having camped in 100s of sites worldwide over 30 years, this gem is in my top five, so pay David a visit if you like quality campsites!

This is a wonderful tent only site on the edge of the broads with large pitches and EHU throughout. There are only 12 pitches on the site, which makes it feel small and friendly. The site is beautifully maintained, which is an absolute credit to the owner, David.
The toilets and shower facilities are immaculate and were cleaned daily.
The site is wonderfully quiet, with no passing traffic.
The site is in a great location for exploring the coast and the broads. Stalham is only a 10 minute walk away, and has a couple of good pubs and a large Tesco.
The award-winning beach at Sea Palling is only 4 miles away, and when we visited we saw a seal in the water close to the beach.
We will definitely visit this beautiful site again.

This is a tent only dog friendly site with 12 good sized pitches. The campsite is only two years old and is a working marina on the Broads. All pitches have EHU option.
The toilet and shower facilities are cleaned daily and there is an area for washing dishes and emptying chemical toilets. The facilities are for people staying in the campsite and on the boats but there were never any queues. There is also an area with two microwaves and and fridge freezer for campers to use. ’
The dog walking area was a very well maintained 3 acre area where the dogs could be off the lead without fear of them jumping into the Broads.
Stalham town is a minute walk with a big Tesco, pubs and takeaways. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Nice clean site only been open a couple of years
Toilet block was spotlessly clean. Mainly because you needed pass code to enter.
Some pitches were a bit small so make sure you tell them tent size when booking
Nice walks around marina. Ten minute walk to town
All in all a pleasant stay

If you want a tent only site on the edge of the broads with a brand new toilet / shower block, huge pitches, EHU throughout and free wi-fi about to be installed, then this is the place. This site is so good, I almost don't want to let the secret out in case the place gets swamped and I can never stay here again because it's always full! However, the owner, David, has taken so much care with the site that it deserves to be a success.
Pitches are 9 x 10 and there are only 12 of them so even full I suspect the place wouldn't feel cramped. There is a separate field adjacent, with some children's play equipment and enough space for them to run around in.
Be aware that the site is part of a working private marina so there is lots of open water around the place - always know where your small children are! Also, because of the open water, there are some midges in the evening but nothing to cause too much concern.
Hot water plentiful, showers cleaned daily and some lovely little extra touches (e. G. A child / wheelchair height sink and hand drier, a 'free' hard-wired hairdryer, benches to sit on and wait if the showers are full).
On the edge of the broads so day and boat hire places are plentiful nearby (we used Sutton Staithe for canoes 1 mile away, highly recommended) and David has plans to do his own hire as well.
Award-winning beach at Sea Palling / Happisburgh is only 5 miles away, Yarmouth and Cromer both about 30 minutes in the car. 'Museum of the Broads' is about a 5 minute walk from the site and is well worth a visit.
Large Tesco about 10 minutes walk on the edge of Stalham.
Stalham itself well-equipped with two pubs, chippy (although not open much), several takeaways, butcher, post office.
All in all, a very highly-recommended site and will visit again.
