A small rectangular level site (more like a paddock) surrounded by trees and hedges with pitches along two sides.
There is a small building in the corner which houses the toilet and wet room which are kept very clean. (It is not the large brick building you see in the photos - they are the owner's stables).
There are no views from this site and traffic noise from the nearby A27. If you just want a pitch for a couple of nights in this very pleasant area close to attractive Bosham, then it's fine.
It is easy to miss the opening to this site. There is a security barrier. Don't forget to ask for the number before you arrive.

This is a lovely little site. Peaceful and relaxing. The little facilities block was very well looked after. There’s one toilet and a separate wet room containing a toilet and shower. Lots of hot water. Shower was rap controlled rather than push button. Washing up area was well maintained and there’s a little information area as well.
The field is well maintained and spacious. Also worth noting that this is a now an adult only site.
Site is well positioned for two pubs and a very short cycle, or longer walk, down to Bosham harbour which is a nice little day trip.
The only down side was that you could hear traffic noise from the A27 but it was in the background so not too intrusive.

If you like small sites with excellent facilities give this site a try
At the end of the site there is a beautiful meadow with abundant wildlife to watch, we even saw a kestrel
Site owner Jackie is extremely friendly and helpful
Two pubs within a mile walk across fields
The excellent clean facilities include a spacious wet room and the shower provides generous flow of hot water
The site has a security barrier at the entrance
The seven hookups are all 16amp
The pitches are a generous 36m2 with a 3mtr gap between
We will be back this autumn
The site is flat and well mown and maintained
We have put child friendliness as n/a as there were no children there during our stay however if they love wildlife then they would love it there but there is not a playground

This site is by far the best CS site I have ever visited. The owners are very friendly. The site is maintained very well and the Facilities are Brilliant. The site is about a hundred yards from the road along a path that is protected by a security gate. Giving a real feel of security on the site.
The local Railway station is ideal for visits to Portsmouth and Chichester and in a two week stay only once did I have to park along a nearby road. Most days I managed to get in the Station car park which was free. The trains are frequent and mainly run to time so the advantage of not driving and trying to find parking is well worth the cost of the train in my opinion.
The historic dock yards and associated museums in the area can take days to fully visit so the area has more than enough to warrant a good long visit.
The dockyard offers an annual ticket that takes in many of the attractions. The Submarine exhibition alone for me was worth the ticket price.
Google Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and find details of all the attractions that can be enjoyed via the one off charge. And bear in mind the ticket lasts for a full year so a good excuse to visit the area again.
Fort Nelson although not part of the Dockyard ticket was also worth the visit although this is where the car is required for access. When I visited there was no charge and I spent about four hours there including a lovely lunch in their cafe area.
I only wish the site was nearer to home and I would be a very frequent visitor.
If peace and quiet is what you like you will not find a more suitable site
Best regards to all
Brian
