Loved the fact it was non electric, like stepping back into 50s, sloping site with ducks and pigeons.
Sounds like I dislike the site but quite the opposite, very friendly and quirky.
Difficult to rate as I wanted a change from caravan club sites and got it.

We used this site as a base to do some walking along the Norfolk coastal path.
It is excellently located for this and the coast hopper bus service dropped us back at the entrance to the site following both walking days. We found the hosts very friendly and helpful.
The location was very good for walking into Wells Next The Sea where there are many good pubs and places to eat. Along with family attractions.
The site is laid out by pitches which we generally avoid but it worked out fine for a short break.
There is a good play area for children and the toilets, showers and washing up areas were always clean and we never had to queue for anything.
We will definitely return.

Easy to find and excellent location for access to Wells. The small Bunny Hill camping area is sloping and we needed ramps - pitch sizes larger than average. The owner Chris was friendly and around doing jobs while we were there.
Toilets and unisex showers in portakabin type buildings and very basic. No hot water in basins which is a big negative in my opinion - not pleasant to wash in cold water before bed with the toilet cubicles right behind you. Needs some investment.
The field footpath opposite the site takes you into Wells (about a mile/20 mins) - excellent for off-lead dog run. Wells is lovely - we usually like to leave our van on site and walk everywhere.
Blue Skies perfect location for this It's about 25 mins to Wells harbour and another 20 mins to the RNLI building and the beach, then another 5 mins to the dog-friendly beach area.
The beach is huge and at low tide the sea is a very long way out!
Very nice pine tree walk into Holkham and the beach there. Walked back along the beach. Approx 7-8 miles all in I would guess.
There is a shuttle bus from Wells harbour to the beach (antique charabanc bus or a new electric bus while we were there) which for £2 single could save about a mile each way.
Lookout Cafe at Holkham looks smart but unfortunately not impressed with their tea or coffee. In Wells, we visited Ollies /Edinburgh Inn for drinks (traditional pub, welcoming atmosphere and has a happy hour), the Golden Fleece for food (average and overpriced) and Plattens for fish and chips (dog friendly to eat inside whereas French's is not).
We are very likely to return to Blue Skies.

Lovely, friendly campsite on edge of Wells-next-the -Sea. Easy to find on min road but fairly quiet.
Excellent shower and toilet facilities.
Part sloping so some areas better for tents than others.
The playground was central to the larger field and the kids were having an absolute ball! It was great to see - if I had kids I would bring them here!
Small shop too.

Lovely little site. Nice, clean and tidy.
Right next to the Steam railway.
Facilities are basic but clean and adequate.
Some of the site is slightly sloping so levelling ramps may be needed in a van.
Really peaceful despite being near the road which quietens down early.
Short 10 min walk into Wells.
Would definitely return and recommend.

Friendly welcome from the owner who explained location of facilities and walked me to my pitch, which was very large.
Nice clean toilet and showers.
For walkers, the footpath on the edge of the site can lead you to the bus stop! Or a 30 minute walk to Wells seafront via the fields or roadside path via polka Road.
Co-op food store is 5minute drive/20minute walk

Good site offering basic clean amenities without electric hook up.
Good for families offering reasonable rates,
Wells is a short walk away and the Wells to Walsingham light railway is next door.

We booked last minute, the site were very quick to respond to my email.
We arrived a bit early and were directed to our pitch, no dramas.
Great little site, super friendly, play area for kids but not noisy.
Clean showers and looks, a few essentials for sale in the shop,
We'll be back for sure.
