Takes £30 per night to take advantage of a view but then very cynically does not try very hard to even get the basics right.
Quite a few overhanging branches on the entrance road which I very carefully had to dodge, but one unavoidable branch scraped over the top. Did not even fix this even when I asked him to.
I am sure he would do it pronto quick if an owner of a new 100k Hymer complained about scratch damage.
C'mon , you are taking serious amounts of money from people who have travelled 100's of miles to get there with their very expensive assets, and you cannot even be bothered to take the hour it would take to cut back the trees. Not very respectful is it!

This is a site with stunning views of Loch Linnie and castle Stalker which you overlook from the pitches.
There's not a great deal to do without travelling to places apart from Cycle Route 78 where you an walk for miles should you wish.
The pitches will need plenty of blocks to level Caravan's & Motorhomes. There is no Grey waste which is hard to believe as it's a CMC CL which is supposed to be inspected annually.
When we arrived the grass was a foot long and obviously hadn't been cut for some weeks. The slope of the pitches makes flooding a problem should it rain (and it does quite a lot, due to being in the Highlands)and awnings are hard to erect properly due to the slope. Stuart is a nice guy but very elusive should you have a query. It's close enough to Oban & Fort William to spend a day walking around.
The Creagan Inn about 3 miles away does great food and is very friendly. WiFi is hit & miss and Mobile signals are almost none existent. (EE, O2, Orange & Vodafone. I'd love to give a higher score but the state of the pitches need improving.

We booked this site as a dog friendly stopover. Site and facilities are as good as already described by other reviewers, so I will continue with the dog's and the photographer's impressions.
The shore is a very short stroll from the van - close enough to dash back if it rains - and then you have the track running along the shore where the dog can race around, find sticks and generally let off steam after being cooped up in the van for the long journey.
Lots of water birds around -there's a hide from which to view and photograph them - fortunately our dog doesn't like water and leaves the birds alone. The views are fabulous whichever way you look. Bring a wide angle lens, a grad and a polariser, and most days you will be sure of getting a good landscape portfolio together.
The light in between squally showers was fantastic, alternately picking out castle and mountains in contre-jour detail. The view of the castle from the site is slightly occluded by small trees, but you can find enough gaps to use them as autumn coloured frames for the castle. This is definitely a site to return to for some serious landscape images.

Simply Awesome
We have just returned from staying at this site for 11 nights and I can honestly say we would have stayed much longer if we didn't have to return to work. The views are to die for, changing almost by the minute and the site couldn't be any quieter.
The facilities are exactly as advertised, no showers or loos, but the water, grey waste and chemical waste are close to all pitches. I would recommend bringing blocks for your steadies as the site is on a slight slope.
This site is relatively new and as such isn't 100% perfect yet, but Stuart is working on it and helps where he can. If you are travelling to the west coast of Scotland and are happy to use you're own loo and shower, then this site should be on your shortlist for definite.
The Old Inn at Appin is a fantastic place to eat and drink, full of character (allegedly haunted) and is a short walk away (15 minutes) across the Jubilee Bridge and along national cycle route 78. Plenty of cycling to be had from the doorstep. The ferry to Lismore is worth the trip.

WOW - what a find!
We came across this CL by pure chance on a drive from Appin to Port Appin. It is a newish Caravan AND Motorhome Club CL and is not in our Directory as we are awaiting the new one.
The site is open all year.
It is set on the banks of Loch Linnhe with spectacular views of Castle Stalker and Lismore. Access to the shore would be difficult for all but the most active and certainly not for children.
All the pitches are hard standing with EHU. They are of a reasonable size and very suitable for motorhomes. They are all on a gentle slope and blocks are advised. There is free wi fi.
There are no toilets or showers but that is not a problem for us as we nearly always use our own. There is a fresh water tap and chemical waste disposal point.
At Port Appin, a few miles away, is the ferry to Lismore, a very well stocked shop and a seafood restaurant. The very upmarket Airds Hotel is close by.
The excellent (Castle Stalker) View Bistro is also a few minutes drive away and can actually be seen from the site. It has a large car park with plenty room for motorhomes.
