The facilities for dogs were second to none, including dog agility, a stream and a dog wash.
The only drawback for me was the dreadful weather (it rained constantly) which made getting out of the motorhome to do the gates (2 to keep the site secure for the dogs) unpleasant and didn't encourage use of the enclosed exercise fields.

This is a great campsite and it's good that there's a place where dogs can be free! My dogs are so stressed being tethered on campsites and this was the most relaxing trip we've all had together.
We met so many other dogs (though next time we'll make sure our tent is secure and the food all put away-a few dogs wander off from their owners and go into other tents to find food, which my dogs didn't appreciate!) facilities are clean and it's nice that there's a kettle, microwave etc for campers to use. And a little sitting room!
Really lovely hearing the owls at night too and it's in a really beautiful place. There are sheets with a list of all the nearby walks with directions, so that's really helpful and a good thing to have.
The only downside for me is the 'no recycling'. That was disappointing and surely there could be a few recycling bins available.
Overall its a great place and we'll definitely be back.

After all our local agility shows were cancelled my friend and I decided to book a few days away but we were looking for somewhere that the dogs could have a holiday too. I had seen oskada park mentioned on some Facebook groups and thought it sounded too good to be true but it wasn’t.
Dogs do not have to be on lead (unless they are unfriendly). Ours loved chasing from the caravan door up to the exercise field and visiting neighbours. You obviously do need to keep an eye on them though and it goes without saying pick up after them.
The exercise area was superb. A huge well secured field divided into areas. There was an agility area, a playground area, a field area and the stream area. Our dogs loved it, a small clear shallow stream that they spent hours playing in.
Due to Covid some areas such as the lounge weren’t open but normally dogs are welcome in there as well. There’s a small shop on site but you aren’t far from local shops and dog friendly pubs. The owner also thoughtfully provides a printed list of walks, which enabled us to find a little gem, a local nature reserve that isn’t signposted at all. We had a lovely walk round the lakes and again the dogs enjoyed the swimming.
We look forward to returning next year

We spent a very pleasant 2 nights at Oskada Park. Perhaps the best welcome to a campsite ever, with the delightful Gem meeting us and letting the lovely Paula know we'd arrived.
Well proportioned and level pitches, with EHU (although it is limited), make for a comfortable and relaxed weekend. The showers and washing up facilities are basic, but clean and will only get better when the planned scheme of works is completed throughout 2018.
We loved the fact that this is a campsite totally geared up for the dogs, with acres of enclosed and secure fields for them to run around in, agility to try out, a stream and a clubhouse which welcomes the 4 legged members of the family too. Everything is thought out for the dogs, with 2 large trug buckets of toys to borrow and play with, along with a chill out space where everyone can relax together.
The site itself is just off the A64, and whilst we were aware of the road noise it didn't disturb us, it was no worse than we have at home. Being so close to the A road it does make getting out and about easy. We didn't visit the local village but driving through it, we noticed a shop and pub, should you need/want them.
We will definitely be back again next year (we'd be returning sooner if we had any more annual leave to take ;) )

Lovely site for dogs and adults. We struggle to find sites that will take us and our five German Shepherd dogs but at oskada there wasn't a problem. Well drained site due to there being sand underneath the grass, ehu is available but limited to 6amp. Paula the owner and her dog Gem are lovely, very helpful and both like to mingle with their guests. Very clean site and plenty of poop bins, A rally field is also available. Two trampolines, agility and flyball equipment and a slide all for dogs outside plus the stream and huge exercise area. Inside is some more agility equipment, a ball pit, dogs beds and sofas which dogs are allowed on. Bar is available upon request and sells stuff for dogs too. Very clean facilities for humans and a hairdryer is provided foc. Can not fault this site

We stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend. Paula, the owner, was very helpful arranging for us all to camp together, and throughout the weekend.
The focus of the adults-only site is very much on dogs, with a large field being set aside for them to run in and use the large variety of play and agility equipment. The dogs were also allowed to run free on site, which is well secured with fences and gates. There is a cooling shallow stream for the dogs to paddle in too. Gem, the resident dog, is very friendly and likes to join in the fun with the visiting dogs.
The clubhouse is a great feature, as it gives a large area to relax in if the weather is bad, and has tables and chairs. Dogs are also welcome in here, and there is plenty for them to do, including a doggy ball pool!
The camping area is adequate and reasonably level, with limited (6a) hookup, although I understand that this is being extended soon. There is a small number of toilets and showers in the clubhouse, along with a washing up sink. It is all kept clean and tidy.
The nearby village has a pub, shop and chippy, so is useful for stocking up! It's not far from the lovely (dog-friendly) beaches at Filey, and is an ideal place to visit with a group of friends and their dogs!

We stayed for 2 nights (early May 2017) with our two dogs Obi and Elsa. We were the only people there which was a shame but on the plus side our dogs had free run of the site. We were welcomed by the owners dog Gem who got on well with our two dogs.
The site is split basically in two a camping area and a dog exercise area. The camping area has electric hook up if required.
The dog exercise area is very large plenty of room to give dogs a good run. This area has dog agility equipment set up weave poles, jumps, tunnels etc. It also has trampolines although our two were not brave enough to try them.
There is also a shallow stream for the dogs to enjoy a paddle which our two loved.
There is a bar/lounge area with sofas although we didn't use it as the weather was so nice.
The site and facilities are clearly a work in progress but it was all very clean and tidy.
Looking forward to visiting again soon.
