Even on august bank holiday - perfect stay! Such a big site with wonderful views, easy to turn up and find a good spot.
Amazing clear skies at night, saw shooting stars and the milky way.
Much improved since my last stay here a decade ago; a wonderful cafe area, shop, toilets and showers have been added.
Had wonderful walks in the area too.
Great stay will be returning!

Beautiful campsite, lovely views.
Great facilities, I like the little brick a brac stall with honesty box.
Lovely walk through the woods to the bridges pub where the kids enjoyed playing in the stream.
Relaxed campsite, excellent value for money.
We will be back!

By far the best campsite we’ve ever been to. Facilities and surrounding area are immaculate.
We will definitely be returning.
Only one issue we had was that we knew it was pizza night however it wasn’t on the board outside that we had to pre order in the cafe to make sure we got a slot and we were told they were sold out. Fortunately there was kebab 2000 5miles up the road which made pizza so the kids didn’t miss out.
No other complaints or feedback to offer, we’re really happy and look forward to returning.

A great campsite! There is lots of space, a great little shop, clean showers and toilets and a seating area.
The two owners are very lovely and helpful.
It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest pub which has great food and drinks.
We were only planning on spending one night there but ended up staying for two!
We had a great time and will certainly be returning.

This is the most beautiful and peaceful site I have ever known in the UK. The wildflowers and the birds and the views are a joy. The walking straight from the campsite is wonderful.
The facilities are clean and tidy and exactly what we want, just toilets, shower and washing up area. The weekend pop up food is great value.
We've stayed here lots of times over a few years now, at all times of year, tent/ sometimes a pod in winter/ and now a campervan.
We really like that it's never overcrowded, because it's big enough and the lie of the and the trees keeps things spaced out nicely. The meadows are left to flower, with just enough mown spaces to camp and to walk down to the facilities.
It's nice to be able to have a little campfire (on a raised firepit), raised firepits are available if you havent got your own, and wood to buy. All in all this is the perfect happy place.
The owners are friendly, helpful and relaxed.
I love it that they've farmed this valley, and protected and encouraged the wildlife, for decades.
It's a great spot for all the Duke of Edinburgh Award groups who use it too, perfect base for their 2 and 3 day expeditions, and the spaciousness and lie of the land means this campsite never feels crowded even when there are several D og E groups here at once.
It's great for families and young children too.
It is a working farm so the reception /office is not manned all of the time, which I guess is not to everyone's taste, but we love it here.

A lovely relaxed sheltered site with plenty of level pitches and lots of space.
Could perhaps do with more toilets and showers. Not too busy when we were there. Great access to riverside walks or for the Long Mynd.
Nice pub, The Bridges a pleasant 10-15 min walk away. Decent food, although chips and veg not always included in the price.
The real plus factor is that you don't have to book and you'll always find a pitch as they open up a spillover field.
Also do reasonably priced burghers, chips, breakfast from a van. I had the cheesy chips, which were excellent.
Very laid back in collection of money. Tried paying on leaving, but no one available.
Still owe them £66 for 3 nights, 2 adults and a dog. Promise I'll pay.
The dog loved it, as long as supervised they didn't seem to mind if the dog was off his lead.

A really lush site in a beautiful valley.
Laid back site with a mix of users, it has hook ups if you need it
Showers and loos all nice and clean it also has a small shop.
The big plus is the environment, it's beautiful round there
A short walk to the Bridges pub either on the road or the woodland footpath.

We love this site.
Stayed in small tent, big tent and one of their pods.
Just a real shame 'dogs on lead' policy isn't stuck to with some campers.
Experience can soon be ruined when your owns dogs are on a leash at the tent and other dogs are running around.
More signs around the field stating importance of this please.
See you soon.

This is possibly the most relaxed site we have ever visited, so relaxed that on the Tuesday we were the only people on site, as even the delightful Sue and David had gone back home - they run the site for John and Rachel.
The peace and tranquillity are unrivalled- there was no traffic noise, no lawnmowers- you may be unlucky and catch a day when the hay is being cut, but it still isn't loud. It was so quiet we could hear drinks being poured in the pub, which is over a mile away.
One downside is the lack of shopping; the nearest town is Church Stretton, which is a scary ride over the Long Mynd. We opted for Tuffins in Craven Arms, which is farther, but a much safer drive, and they had Welsh Dragon sausages. Yum! The narrow lanes will test your driving skills, but the locals are forgiving.
There is a shallow stream at the back of the site, an ideal playground for kids, which is just as well, as there are no other facilities for children, other than plenty of trees to climb, and miles of footpaths to explore, up hill and down dale.
The facilities are clean and well presented. We will definitely be back just to hear the quiet. Oh, my gawsh, the quiet!
