Fantastic site, peaceful, relaxing and completely suited our needs.
Clean toilet and shower. Self check in which is no problem at all as we could pick our own pitch and get set up as soon as we arrived.
Local dog walk from site. Everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay.
Highly recommended from that get away from it all experience.

Really tidy and site, Very quiet and Lesley was lovely and very helpful
Toilets were not in use during our visit, so cannot comment on them. It was also in the middle of a recent storm so no Ponies were out.
Parked up Friday with one other van for company and the site was locked until we left on late Sunday. Lovely walk on Saturday to the local nature reserve at Wheldrake followed by a superb lunch in the Italian bistro. Sunday was a 30 mile flat bicycle ride following the route of the Selby 1 swan.
The local pub is unfortunately closed so we ate at the Drovers Inn in Skipworth which was well worth the 3 mile walk back. (We got the bus there)
We will definitely be visiting this site again.
Site fees were £15 / night and electric was on a meter>

Lesley and Dave are excellent hosts for their new campsite.
Very helpful with support getting both motorhomes onto our pitches and with lots of local information to make our stay so enjoyable.
Pitches are very peaceful plus are level with 16 amp EHU.
Good pub and bus stop within 100 metres.
Level walks/bike rides around campsite.
Wheldrake Ings Nature Reserve/ River Derwent about 20 to 30 minute walk away.
Shop in Wheldrake, 3 miles approx, in next village.
Highly recommended with lots of potential, see below.
Would definitely stay again.
Dave has plans to make improvements with a toilet and shower unit.
Plus to have a fresh water supply to each pitch.
Which I am sure will be appreciated by all his clients.

Very Peaceful site with lovely views and friendly owners. We enjoyed watching the lovely horses and ponies in the next field. Only 100 yards from excellent pub with great food all freshly cooked and reasonably priced. We sat at the bar with the locals and were made to feel very welcome by everyone. Very pretty village with some nice walks from the campsite. Very central for lots of different places. We visited Designer outlet one of the days. Only negative was we didn't book for long enough, so will have to pay another visit very soon. This is a new site and is well worth a visit, as is the pub and restaurant the Jefferson Arms!
