 Great little site.
Fabulous views of Whitby and the sea.
Clean and tidy.
Quiet and peaceful.
Lots of space between pitches.
Great walk into Whitby along river and train track.

Great location for access to Whitby.
Excellent pub only 2 min walk.
Good area for our dog walks.
Would recommend to anyone who doesn't see toilets and showers as essential.

Lovely CL site overlooked Whitby. We stayed 5 nights and booked up over 6 months before we arrived.
5 van but they have a extra pitch for 6. Flat and well spaced apart and water waste good.
But a bit peeved as we were told price had gone up to £18 per night but when we booked the price was £16. We were told take it or leave it but as we have booked others sites on our return home we said ok. But talking to fellow Caravan owners on the site it seems we had to pay £18 they had to pay £16. A bit double standards to me.

Fantastic little CL. Hardstanding pitches with plenty of room and grass between each, all with ehu. Drinkng water tap, grey waste disposal and chem disposal. Lovely friendly owners. The views over Whitby are stunning, straight down the valley and out to see with glimpses of the Abbey through the trees.
Easy access through the farmyard to the site whihc is behind the farmhouse.
We too walked down Monks Path to Whitby, somewhat slippy and steep in places. It starts easy by the farm bur a few places we found hard going. It is a lovely walk which joins onto the Cinder Path (cycle walkway to Scarborough).
The village has a pub and an ice-cream shop, nothing much else but you are only a few minutes drive from town. We took a taxi back up from Whitby Harbour for £8.
No toilets or showers but only £14 per night - one of the best CL sites we have come across in may years. The facilities it does have are very new and well looked after so its a 10/10 from us.

Fabulous CL for Caravan & Motorhome members only. Peaceful, quiet, very neat and tidy with hook ups, hardstanding, water and elsan. Lovely views of Whitby Abbey in the distance. Lovely walk along Monks path into Whitby, approx 3 miles. Local pub served decent Sunday lunch. Farmer/family owners were very friendly and helpful.
