This campsite is an absolute delight to stay on.
The facilities are good and the views are amazing.
The owners friendly and welcoming approach really sets it apart from other camp sites we have stayed at.
We will certainly be returning soon.

We arrived at 19:30 & received a friendly welcome, & a choice of 2 pitches.
The fields aren’t particularly flat, so we chose the less sloping of the two, but we still slid down in our sleeping bags!
Depending on how busy it is, & which field you’re in, there may be room for children to play with balls etc, but not where we were.
We found the toilets to be run down in a prefab style block, & unfortunately the smell outside was off putting. However they were kept clean.
Water was the hottest we’ve experienced on a site so far. We didn’t use the showers, but I’m sure the water would have been lovely & hot in there too.
We found the cost of £27 per night (without EHU) expensive compared to other sites, based on facilities etc.
Views from the site & the surrounding area are very scenic. We also enjoyed the farm environment.
We visited The Swan pub (7 minute drive away) which was friendly, & we really enjoyed the food. Shops are within a short drive. We spent a day at Burnsall, close to Bolton Abbey.
We parked for £8 for the day which allows you to ‘camp out’ for the day next to a river shallow enough for children to cross, & safe enough for inflatables.
We enjoyed our stay, but probably wouldn’t visit this particular site again.

Ideal campsite as right on the Dales High Way. Site has good views. New shower block had just opened. Found the farmer very friendly and helpful. Pleasant walk into Addingham where there is a Co-op and pubs.
