Would not recommend. 1 toilet/shower room for up to 15 units which was NOT cleaned the whole time we stayed. The waste disposal is a hole in ground with a bucket to cover. Not particularly helpful owners either.
Will never stay there again. Grass not cut until we had been there 6 days and very wet ground. Very expensive compared to motor home and caravan club sites.

We have stayed at this site about 6 times now.
We love it.
Nice and quiet and the couple who own it are very friendly but also just leave you to get on with it and don’t bother you which we like. But are on hand if you need any help.
Love the canal right next to it, lovely to for for a walk on.
Pub if you wish in walking distance.
Very peaceful

Good CS but bad position. Right by a blind bend over a hump-back bridge which locals love to blow their horns when approaching, sometimes giving up to six beeps of their horn. Quite a busy road so this blowing of horns goes on all day long, thankfully lessens at night (they can see lights approaching instead).
Bus can be hailed right outside to Nuneaton or Hinckley. Walk along adjacent canal into village where there are 3 pubs and a convenience store.
Site has a shower/toilet room. Chemical disposal is direct to sewer but only covered by a bucket. Farm shop on site selling fresh meat, homemade sausages, cakes, bread, eggs and vegetables.
Owners very welcoming and friendly. Latest C&CC club book lists price as £16 to £17 but is actually £18 for 2 people and electric with awnings costing extra as are extra cars which is too expensive really.
The book also has lots of incorrect information in its symbols. It shows a golf course, playground and ball games area none of which are on site.
