Awful. We paid nearly £50 for two nights. There are no facilities on site apart from one toilet in the owners house which was filthy, blocked and only usable between 10pm and 7am. Outside of these hours you are expected to use the public toilets across the road. There is no drinking water, no where to wash up oh and the showers are £2 a time and are again public ones across the road.
We had young children with us who were excited to play and ride their bikes. This was impossible as the grass was so overgrown, there are nettles and brambles everywhere, old broken chairs and various bits of tarpaulin held down by nail filled pieces of wood. An accident waiting to happen with young children. Although the he owners themselves were very lovely we were really disappointed and wouldn’t return. We could have stayed in the car park across the road where the toilets and showers were for a lot less :(
