Fabulous CS site, in a lovely village, all grass pitches very level and kept beautifully mown.
The owners are very welcoming and very informative about the area, nothing is to much trouble.
Love the village with many places to eat and relax.
Great little walks all around the village.
It’s our third visit and definitely won’t be our last

What a lovely little CS site on the edge of a village with a village shop and a couple of pubs.
All pitches are grass but site is well drained and well kept.
The site is protected by an electronic security gate.
The owners are very helpful and it’s certainly somewhere that we would be happy to visit again.

Lovely site, our first stop on month long tour slowly making our way to Scotland, nice and quiet,
Nice village 5 min walk with 3 pubs.
Only used the one pub, had the Tuesday bargain carvery, under £8. 00 and was top notch,
Would stop here again, friendly owners.

Spent a pleasant 2 days as a drop off to going down south at this well kept caravan park, so after visiting the south we returned here for another 3 days. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, were lucky to have arrive at a quiet time so had a peaceful few days before heading back home and work!

A good site for a stopover or a short stay, excellent security. Once you are at Gilmorton and turn right at the end of the road, you then have to turn almost immediately left into Mill Lane, then it is the turn immediately past what will soon be new houses.
We were told to phone ahead, but then had to phone again when we arrived, nobody around, slightly annoying.
It's now £14 per night, not the £12-£13 as stated in the C&CC book.
Recycling, the CWD and water are all of good quality.
We were not told where we could walk our dog but found a path just up the road to the right, on the left, which was adequate, otherwise there is Lutterworth Country Park. There is also a Waitrose and Morrisons in the town, and an Esso garage opposite the turn to Gilmorton.

Stayed as a stopover on our way back South. Large open field with electric hook ups. Friendly owner gave us details of where to walk our dog. Quiet location not too far from M1. Would use again if travelling that way.

An excellent site. Very large well kept field with trees and hedges all around keeping it sheltered but with an open rural feel. Thirteen pounds a night including electric is fair value for an attractive site with first rate recycling rubbish and and elsan disposal. Totally secure with a big electronically operated gate into the site. The friendly helpful owner, Russ, pointed us to some lovely nearby walking. We had Sunday lunch in the Grey Goose, a mediocre carvery for £13. 95! I'll try one if the other two pubs in the village next time. We used it as a one night stopover but will certainly return fir a few days stay, this is a gem.
