July 2004 The New Inn is a good but small campsite. I enjoyed the ajoining pub very much (Very weclome after slogging it out at the CLA Game Fair!) Dogs are welcome which is also a plus.
My only gripe, and unfortunately a big issue, are the toilets and showers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Cobwebs, filth and an unspeakable shower make it repulsive. For one afternoon it was tolerable, but for anything more than that...
Summary: Would be an A1, Top-notch campsite if it weren't for the loos! Score: 5/5 without toilets, 1/5 with toilets

August 2003 Nicely placed site-good surrounding views and handy to visit Bourton, Stow etc. Downside was the facilities were a bit smelly when we visited. Can't comment on the pub (as never visited )apart from being quite noisy until the early hours!

July 2003 Very nice site, pitches are close together but a decent size and the pub is lovely with very helpful landlord! Miles to the nearest shop though so you'll need a car (or good walking stamina). Not much room for kids to play without getting in other peoples' way but they were pretty well behaved when we went. Excellent food in the pub.

July 2003 Pros: Nice little campsite behind village pub, overlooking beatiful countryside (if you look through the trees). Close to all the villages you'd want to visit. Bridleway and footpath next to campsite provide lovely walks. Cons: Fairly squeezed in compared with some sites we've been to, occasional whiff from the toilets/chemical disposal point on very hot day. We'll probably stay here again :o)
