 Excellent situation for all aspects of navigating Lagos. Bar and restaurant belonging to the site both basic but fine.
Very good bar/restaurant adjoining the front of the site and local Spar supermarket /laundry/ cafe and pizza takeout 20m along the road.
10-15 minutes walk to all major places.
Tired facilities but cleaned regularly.

We absolutely loved this site. It's run-down and there are a lot of 'temporary shelters' (tarps up against walls) but it's in a fantastic location above the town with easy access to the beaches.
There are three levels; we stayed at the top where there are no marked pitches. Everyone has loads of room.
We intended to stay for a couple of nights and stayed for 7 weeks.
There's a bar / restaurant at the entrance which is great value for money, and a very well-equipped SPAR supermarket just down the road.
We met some really lovely people.
Brilliant place.

Other reviews said it was neglected but I think that was an understatement, it was the worst site we have been on for many a year. Reception was poor and really seemed as though they didn't care less, showers were dirty although hot, there were junk laying around and site just seemed totally uncared for. For nearly 15€ pn in October it was discussing. The good bit about the site was it was a short walk into Lagos and the best bit was leaving.
