I agree with the previous review that this site is convenient and has good facilities, but it is certainly not easily accessible with an 8 metre twin axle van.
The previous review describes the pitches as spacious, which I'm sure they are for a motorhome, but not for an 8 metre caravan.
We had difficulty getting on and off the pitch, as even with motor movers there was just no room to make the 90 turn without brushing the hedges.
Those with smaller vehicles would be OK, but we would not stay here again.
Reception was very pleasant and some English was spoken.
The individual toilet & shower/wash facility on each pitch was clean and appeared quite new, with as much hot water as you could ever want.

This site is one of several around the small town of Le Barcares. It's open all year with good sized pitches, all with ehu and each has its only small shower and loo shack on the pitch. There is fresh water and a sink on each pitch too.
Access to the site is super easy from the A9, two turns and approx 8 km and you are there.
The site stretches down to the beach, touring pitches are closest to the beach. At the end of the site there is a high secure fence onto the promenade with a key-code lock to enable access.
Once on the promenade its a 5-10 minute walk along to the village centre and a further 10 minutes to the marina. A few shops, a Super you and cafes in the village, approx 1 km out of the village is a large Intermarche and Lidl.
We stayed in winter, so site was very quiet, that said there were plenty of staff around working and everything looked pristine.
We paid €22 per night with electric (wifi was available but €8 for 24 hours or €22 for a week we thought expensive).
Can imagine this area to be very busy in summer months but in winter there were jst enough people around for it to feel pleasant. There are miles and miles of good off road bike paths around the area which many seemed to be making use of. The beaches were beautiful and even in January it was 16-18 degrees so warm enough to walk on the beach.
