Beautiful setting, we never met Karen, our host, but her communication etc was spot on.
Nice clean facilities and a good pub nearby.
Well worth a visit.

Good access to local amenities although road needs to be resurfaced (too many potholes)
Also good security with 2 gates on entry pleased with general layout and environment, good dog walking within easy access, problem with toilets etc which were limited in number especially ladies but always kept clean.
Overall good customer service value for money pleasant and restful break.
Pleased to have been there

Our second visit and nothing changed from last time which is a massive plus.
The owners are really helpful if you need anything but happy to leave you to it.
The loos/showers immaculate - you get a key for each. The fishermen on the lakes use a different set of loos, campsite facilities are totally separate.
If you walk along to the village and up to the river crossing (a pavement all the way and about 15 mins) there is a towpath/river walk in both directions. One takes you right down to the retail park, the other a beautiful walk in the country. Straight across at the bridge there is a country park for more walks.
This is a fabulous site, quiet, clean and very secure. 10 min drive into Boston and all the shops you could need, we will be back again.

Lovely little secure site, quiet and peaceful. Excellent large bathrooms, one for females and one for males, each with a hot shower, toilet, sink, mirror and heating.
Only downside was the lack of walks without going on quite busy roads. The walk from the Wheatsheaf pub along the river was good. No shops within in the immediate vicinity apart from a good craft shop selling wool, etc but there was a large Tesco a short drive away.
Bus stop close by for a 20 minute ride into Boston.

Excellent site, good entrance and security. Each pitch has a big plastic box which contains another locked box containing keys to the facilities and a comprehensive welcome pack.
The pitches are well thought out and kept in excellent condition. The facilities are like a five star hotel, kept so clean with lots of hot water.
All the COVID safety measures have been really well thought out and maintained.
I would highly recommend this site and will certainly be returning for another visit.

Absolutely beautiful setting on the edge of the fishing lakes. Four pitches of hard standing, all with water and electric. Loos and showers 4 star and immaculate.
When we booked we were given a key code for the gate and another for the box on our pitch which contained our keys for the facilities and information books. Adults only, dogs are allowed.
Very peaceful and quiet site, just the fishermen coming and going. Just under 3 miles to Tesco. A bus runs from end of the road into Boston which takes around 20 minutes.
Owners very helpful and friendly. This site has had massive investment and hard work, it really is lovely.
Brilliant site, cannot recommend highly enough.

We are new to caravanning and this was only our second trip. We were delighted to find this hidden gem.
The site is quiet, secure and the cleanliness of the facilities were second to none.
We had uninterrupted views of the beautiful Lake.
We only stayed one night due to other commitments but will definitely be back.
It was well located for our trip to RSPB Frampton, just a few miles away.
We would highly recommend.
The owner wasn't joking when she said we have started at the top, it will be hard to beat this site!

What a fabulous hidden gem this site is.
Four hard standing pitches in a secure compound, each with water and electric hook up.
Toilets and showers kept immaculate, and there is a nice walk around the carp fishing lakes.
Would definitely stay there again.
