We found our 15 nights at Blythe Waters excellent! It was very quiet and picturesque.
The wardens were most helpful and friendly.
The shower block was convenient and clean. The cost of £20pn including electricity made it very economical. We didn't do any fishing.
I was a volunteer at the Commonwealth Games. Hampton in Arden station, with its free car park, made it very easy to get into Birmingham and from there, if necessary, it was easy to get to Coventry and the outskirts of Birmingham.
There was a cafe on site and they do a very reasonably priced jacket potato!
I would stay there any time and would recommend it to others.

Fantastic site, very quiet,
Mixture of caravans, camper vans, tents with ample room for everyone.
Water, waste, taps, shower toilet blocks all close.
Wardens very friendly and accommodating.

What a gem! 5 hardstanding pitches with EHU. Toilet block basic but clean directly opposite pitches. Drinking water tap, grey waste and Elsan all close by.
Fantastic views overlooking one of the lakes and an abundance of wildlife, especially the birds, with a couple of resident herons; even spotted some deer!
Just two things to be aware of - they only accept cheque as payment and the site closes to arrivals at 5pm as the owners don't live on site, although you can arrive next morning from 7:00am.
Not really child friendly, nothing on site for them and some of the lakes are deep water. Cafe on site, although we didn't use it, and a 17min walk to the Malt Shovel pub.
All this for £13 per night! We'll definitely be back 😉

Very secure site in affluent area. Anglers cabin on site with very clean and maintained loos and showers, a few yards from the caravans. Caravans are sheltered by woodland behind and look over the lakes from hard standing pitches. Slight road noise but quiet.
Shops have been open a week or so as we come out of COVID lockdown so it may get noisier - I don’t know. The site sits on the canal and rivers trust site. It’s full of flora and fauna.
There are no swings etc for kids, which we personally like as it keeps the area quiet. It is a large space for kids but it’s too close to the lakes for me to have felt comfortable if I had young kids. The showers are good and all great but it is not 5 star. Fine for us is and I’m very picky over using shared facilities - especially during 2020: year of COVID 19.
We are very impressed. The wardens are the friendliest and most helpful we have come across in some time. Well done.
