This is a temporary site, catering for the Edinburgh Festival, and located just behind the airport off a dual carriageway.
The signage to find could be a bit better but this is mainly because you have to go past, around a roundabout and come back to get to it. When we arrived, the place was totally waterlogged due to prolonged rain.
The staff were cheerful, offering a free bottle of (Asda branded, cheap) beer on arrival - but not really free because for £42 a night with no electricity seems expensive. Considering it is all temporary the showers, toilets, water and waste disposal were acceptable and worked (although soggy to get to).
The organisation of pitches was a little casual, with new pitches being created as the crowds gathered. The site is a short drive from the park-and-ride for the city, or you can walk to the bus stop, although a dangerous walk back across the dual carriageway.
There was a larger tent serving drinks and food that seemed reasonably priced. Final comment - located at the end of the Edinburgh runway, so noisy except from midnight to 6 am. If I go to the Edinburgh Festival again I will try to book earlier to get in at a site that is cheaper, with more permanent facilities and not under a flightpath.

Very convenient for the festival.
Well organised, clean site.
Only minor complaint was that the floor of the showers were very wet, nowhere dry to stand.
There was a notice requesting that the floor be squeegees after use but there was no squeegee.

Friendly staff. Facilities satisfactory.
During my stay there was an industrial generator running nearby in the next field all day until midnight ( I think Zippo's circus, however no circus appeared to be active). Quite disturbing in the later hours.
Close to airport, but not of any real concern.
