 A French run Campsite inland from Peniscola with good facilities and surrounded by grapefruit and olive groves. Well thought out to take advantage of stunning views towards the coast, this was one of the most attractive sites we stayed on with landscaped gardens, ornamental palm trees, lemon trees, Mediterranean flowering plants and a bijoux swimming complex. Since it was early in the season the bar was only open to collect bread, for drinks and coffee & since the local town Calig only had a small bar it would have been useful to have the option to eat on site. We had a relatively spacious pitch at the back of the Campsite behind the safari tents. We stayed 4 nights and would return again.
