The owner is so friendly and always around working on various things fixing things, improving and helping.
We camped over a very soggy weekend, but still had a lovely time.
The shower blocks are like no other, that I have experienced at other campsites. They were clean, spacious and decent powerful hot showers. Each pitch has its own toilet and a fire pit provided
The area in which the site is based, is surrounded by beautiful views, and lovely villages.

Lovely small quiet campsite with pleasant views.
Gareth was really kind and helpful and it is well set up.
We really enjoyed our stay.
Several dog friendly beaches within 15 minute drive and within walking distance of Solva.

Stayed over the jubilee weekend and loved it!
Firstly having your own loo on your own pitch is awesome and makes nighttime loo trips for the kids (and the old adults) so much easier and less worrisome.
Pitch sizes are generous and the site is large - plenty of room for kids to play and not annoy others if so inclined.
Showers are great - v large shower rooms and the water is hot hot hot - same for washing up.
We did several great walks from the site - the owner is v friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and can point you to the best footpaths - the walk into Solva from the site is lovely and some good pubs down there that I think could be done of an evening and stroll back.
However if you're not so bothered about walking for your drink did I mention that there is an on site 'bar' its essentially a little shed that when we were there had a cold bottle of white wine at just the right moment and some great cider and beer.
Also breakfast baps delivered to your tent - best bacon I have had in a long long time.
For people like us who camp in a tent because that's what we can afford and not because we always love spending nights under canvas all the time in all weathers this site is brill - you get the whole camping experience with a few little treats flung in -
Would recommend. Just don't go when I want to go again.

Just returned from a great holiday and will definitely return next year. This is the place to go for foodies: delicious home smoked mackerel (smoked by Gareth), Artisan sourdough loaves delivered to the site, and fresh crab from just down the road.
Gareth, the owner, went above and beyond to be helpful, and ensure that his guests had everything they needed. He offered to assist me dry a wet sleeping bag after a leaking tent!
The site is very clean and well managed, with hot showers, and communal freezers for ice packs. The extensive efforts to make the site Covid safe this season were appreciated.
The site is close to great walking on the Pembrokeshire coastal path, Art galleries, and has amazing star gazing opportunities too.

This was our second visit to this site. We had a lovely stay, despite rain on one night. The site owners, Gareth and Luci, are friendly and welcoming.
The site is well laid out with just one field (although I understand they will be expanding at some point), it has a single washing up sink, a freezer for your cool-blocks and a USB charging station (essential with a 10 and 14 year old!)
There are two shower rooms with toilets, and an additional toilet. These are always clean. In addition this year, due to Covid19, each pitch had its own Portaloo. This was really useful, although we still used the main loos when we were there showering or toothbrushing. Anti-bac wipes and spray were provided and everything was cleaned regularly.
We had a great stay and will definitely visit again in the future. Oh, and Gareth's home-smoked mackerel is amazing!

While we were there we were one of only five people there (two couples and a single) so we were very well spaced out and had loads of privacy. The marked pitches do seem more than large enough for a standard one family tent, the field was very flat and even with good drainage
There is a decent shower block with two shower/toilet units and a single toilet (which oddly doesn't have it's own sink) so for us hardy campers there were no queues. The same block has a drinking water tap and what looks to be a bike cleaning station.
Gareth the owner couldn't do enough for us and was friendly, helpful and laid back. He was out when we arrived and we found a personalised welcome and helpful site guide pinned to the notice board so we could settle in straight away, a nice touch.
Our time here was glorious due to the weather, the area and the camp site all being wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back but I wouldn't want to be there when it was fully booked just because the small shower block might get booked up early.
It's truly a great new site and I am looking forward to watching it grow.
