We have stayed previously in off season. Called on spec and site was full the lady on reception said there was an over flow area and took me to look.
It was a grass area without demarcation with electric and water. I enquired if we could put our awning out and no problem.
Unfortunately the camper who arrived next parked a bit too close even though it was late at this point and loads of room for many more vehicles.
As only there for one night not really a problem and we enjoyed our stay.

I was a little worried as this campsite is on a main road and quite far from Toulouse city. But it ended up being the best campsite we have ever stayed on!
We were far enough away from the road that there was no noise. The facilities are excellent - really plush!
There is an attached restaurant that served delicious food and wine.
The bus stop outside took you straight into Toulouse cheaply(bus and metro)
The area for tents (we were cycle touring) was flat and had lots of tables and chairs that you could move around. Outdoor charging plugs. There was a marquee room that had cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, sink, kettle, and lots of charging plugs! - and a sofa!
Reception had a small shop and you could order bread and croissants. They were very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here a few times for one night out of season while travelling.
The staff/owners are always friendly and they are always working hard on maintenance and upgrading in the off season.
Did notice a bit of a drain smell in the shower block which wasn’t there on previous visits but the bathrooms are very clean and modern. With a supermarket close by it is very convenient.
The town looks like it is worth a look round. We will use again when in this area.

Stayed at this site early Jan 2023 could not fault it at all
Stayed for 8 nights, with myself and wife with a touring caravan, as it was winter most of the facilitates were closed however the toilet/shower block were very well presented and clean,
The washing up area although kept to a high standard the water was at best Luke warm ?
Good wifi coverage on our pitch which is always a bonus,
Lovely walks along the canal and supermarkets etc only a 10 min drive,
Very nice staff, pitches are not exactly huge but OK for our needs maybe a bit tricky with and awning,
I would imagine the site can get very busy in the summer but nice and peaceful when we stayed I think site is used quite a lot for the odd night for transit to further afield but we enjoyed it and yes I would recommend

Convenient for us as a one night stopover in an area where there is a dearth of sites. Probably our least favourite site of our 4 week touring holiday, just didn’t like the atmosphere.
The facilities were fine, modern and reasonably clean. It just felt a bit depressing. However, it had everything you would need for a stopover and everything worked.

I reviewed this site last year and not much further to add except that the lovely small pool now has a slide over cover and sides and attractive seating and loungers.
For those of you who grudge paying for parking in Toulouse (which has a beautiful centre area with handsome parks), it is free on a Sunday and a lot of shops are open.

March 2019 Overnight stay en-route North.
Easy enough access from Motorway junction 4 miles to the south of site - preferred route both to & from site. Access passes an Intermarche with a self serve Diesel outlet which with care is 'caravan in tow'
accessible.
Typically French quirkiness in parts and still has on-going improvements. Some workers staying in bungalows (normal & was fine).
All was fine for us and a very reasonable ACSI price from pleasant reception manned on a call bell basis.
Would return.

Relatively small (58 pitch, all year round) site with new sanitary facilities (2018) and refurbished pool area.
Looks like owners are generally upgrading the site with roads being freshly surfaced while we were there. Friendly helpful staff. WiFi is decent at €15 per week. You can cycle or walk the lovely Canal du Midi in both directions, accessible by a quiet road just a couple of hundred metres along the main road at the site entrance. Toulouse is an easy cycle on the canal bank. Restaurant too but we didn’t use it.
Pitches are generous with shade but could be muddy after wet weather. ACSI €15 pn away from high season with 7 nights for price of 6. Intermarché supermarket and Lidl nearby.
