 Under new management and with a new name (Au Bon Endroit ) this is now a superb site.
Not Acsi but highly recommended in every respect.
Beautiful parkland setting with good facilities.
We shall make this one of our regular stops

This site appears to be a privatised municipal, with marked off pitched divided by log fences, and shade from mature trees. It is in need of a greater level of investment to bring it up to standard. The toilet block is clean, and has been redecorated, but with tile paint rather than retiling. Separated into mens and women, with laundry/washing up in between in an open covered area. Unlike the usual division between laundry and pots, sinks are defined by hot and cold water.
At the time of visit, during changeable weather, the potholes in the roadways filled up after a heavy overnight shower. And I assume the owner had been unable to cut the grass, as he decided to do so just after we had pitched, running the sit-on mower close to guy ropes, and those of others. There was a fair deal of road noise from local roads - the site backs on to housing. There is a small pool, but it wasn't available for use, and had yet to be cleaned for the summer.
The site is quite close to the N79 Vichy to Chalons road, and there are fuel/supermarkets a short drive away. Apparently the town has a few interesting churches, about 20 mins walk away along the canal.
Overall, a bit of a so-so site, OK for a stop-off but not much to detain. ACSI price of €17 a bit steep.
