 Absolutely spot on!

We required a peaceful quiet site which this met all of our expectations.

Nothing negative to report, though I could say grass was rather white due to lack of rain so maybe Val or Gerry could do a rain dance to alleviate this problem???

Absolute dream of a site with no strict rules and appears that their clientele respect how good this site really is.

 Nice & quiet. Val the site owner very friendly & always smiling.

Check's on campers every day. Facilities clean & tidy.

Maldon about 20mins away while wilkin's at tiptree is 5mins.

Nice chippy in tiptree.

 Super big pitches with electricity and water.

Very clean toilet (2) and shower(1). Longish walk to local pub for oldies but nice dog walks fir fitter types.

Local authentic Indian delivers !

Short drive from quirky Tollesbury marina and great base to explore the area.

 Wow where to start. Val the owner fantastic lady. A really lovely welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. Got a little lost but she was on phone to help.

Fantastic 10/10 just for Val.

Campsite. Wow it’s the most cleanest campsite we have ever stayed on not one bit off mess anywhere at all spotless. Shower & toilet. Can’t really comment as went and looked but never needed to use them. How ever what I did see was very well kept & clean.

If your looking for a lovely rest sat watching the world go by and love birds rabbits horses. Then get booking it was wonderful seeing rabbit hopping about Beautiful birds flying about & horses fantastic. And if you just want to sit and hear a pin dope and relax get booking.

This has to be the most relaxing quiet site ever. Would and will most definitely book again. Now if I had to pick one bad thing now this is hard it really is and had to think hard. And that was the entrance.

It’s easy to get in and out just be careful going out. And would be more off a help if they had a sign on the other side off road outside campsite as you really can’t see it tell last minute.

And off course driving a motorhome with a tow car on back messing your turning point can be a pain. But other than that no bad comments.

I would don’t be worrying about reviewing. For the great price book it up and go so it for yourself. Your not be dissatisfied. I could tell you tons what so lovely about the site but really trust and go.

10/10 for us. Thank you Val for that wonderful welcome it was like being in a hotel.

 Stayed for a couple of nights. Arrived later than expected but was welcomed all the same.

Set up was fine and met owner Val next day who was lovely and very helpful.

It was a great site and we loved the horses.

Definitely would recommend this site. Thanks for having us.
