This is a great little site - it is on the ACSI discount camping website and good value for money in low season. It was dog friendly with good walks/cycle paths out of the back of the site via a gate controlled by a card issued by the campsite. The beach was about a mile away and was stunning - not dog friendly at the time of year we went. The site had a lovely pool which we didn’t use. Unfortunately, we were too early for the cafe to be open or for bread to be available. There are no shops within reasonable walking distance but there were 2 SuperU supermarkets within a 3 mile radius of the site. There were 2 eateries within walking distance - one was a restaurant and the other a Cabane, next to the beach - the Cabane was very good if a little quirky! We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying a week. We were allowed to choose are pitch and were really spoilt for choice - we went for the shade as it was already very hot. I would not hesitate to recommend this site in low season. The facilities were immaculate and not unisex and the management were very welcoming. Please be aware that credit/debit cards are not accepted in low season, you will need cash.
